These are memories that our brains have recognized for just that. Most of the time it’s a good memory of comfort and love, but occasionally the comfort comes from just wanting to feel better and what results can be actually devastating and debilitating. What if I said that you could have that amazing, love and comfort with you all the time? Surrounding yourself with similarities will still have your brain sensing the same emotions and can elevate you in so many ways.

Some aromatherapy that brings about being at grandmas. Having a warm shawl, blanket or even the softest shirt while you are working. Bringing in the ingredients to make a rendition of that Sunday meal. These are brining in to your surroundings feelings that your brain will recognize and then release the hormones that make us feel safe, secure and loved.

Thoughtfully,

Just a Nut?

Walnuts not only taste great, they are also a rich source of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids. These are needed for normal growth and development, cognitive function and focus.  Studies also show they can help decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression, and assist in regulating our moods! Like most nuts, they can be easily added to your meals or snacks. Just chop and add to your favorite salad, vegetable dish, fruit, or dessert.walnut and leaves
