Tracey Palmer is an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated International Sports Science Association certified personal fitness trainer and a registered nurse. She has the ability to design and implement fitness programs to help her clients achieve their personal health, wellness, and fitness goals. With Tracey’s education in fitness and medicine, combined with a lifetime of physical exploration for growth, come together to support you like never before.
